Reconditioning Method
Each and every machinery has been thoroughly inspected with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed prior to disassembly. Prior to being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required equipment to do a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack equipment put back together based on OEM standards and certain parts are replaced with new ones. The parts which get replaced includes: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. Moreover, each and every unit is given new batteries, tires and worn pins and bushings and battery cables are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers, the TXLC-974 also provides 85,000 pounds load capacity in the 4th and 3rd tiers. These models provide a 97 inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
